SMC for use with ZK2 Series Vacuum Ejectors Vacuum Generator

This vacuum generator is a Compact pneumatic unit designed to create controlled vacuum for automated handling systems. It integrates an efficient two-stage ejector with dual pilot-operated valves and an on-board digital pressure switch, allowing precise vacuum regulation for industrial pick-and-place and robotics applications. The unit operates from a 24VDC supply and is intended for use with compatible ZK2 series vacuum ejectors.

An integral digital pressure switch shows readings on a 3½‑digit red LED and provides two configurable PNP outputs with adjustable hysteresis and anti‑chatter timing.

Operate between −5 and 50 °C and 35 to 85% RH (no condensation), with vibration tolerance 20 m/s² and shock resistance 100 m/s².

The vacuum port accepts an ø8 one‑touch metric fitting and the pressure switch uses an L‑type plug connector with lead wire or alternative lead-cable options.

The device includes a 30 μm element filter and a suction-filter area of 510 mm², with proof pressure rated at 500 kPa and enclosure protection of IP40.
