A1220/1/2/3 Chopper Stabilised Hall Effect Latches, Allegro Microsystems

The Allegro Microsystems A1220, A1221, A1222, and A1223 Hall-effect Latches include a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, small-signal amplifier, chopper stabilisation and Schmitt trigger. They are also short circuit protected open-drain output to sink up to 25 mA.

A south pole turns on the output and a north pole turns off the output.

The voltage regulator permits operation with supply voltages of 3 V to 24 V.

Available in two package styles; 3-pin SOT23W for surface-mounting and a three-pin ultra-mini SIP for through-hole mounting.
